By making the deposit, we understand that the client has read and agreed to our policies. You have up to 47 hours after making the deposit to cancel your tour and receive a full refund, minus any applicable bank fees. After this period, cancellations will no longer be eligible for a refund. We appreciate your understanding and are here to help if you have any questions!

No experience is required! Most of our tours, including ziplining, rafting, and snorkeling, are beginner-friendly and include professional guides and safety briefings.
